Recently, the research group of Professor Liu Runhui from School of Materials Science and Engineering, ECUST has made breakthrough achievements in the research field of α/β-polypeptide synthesis. The research article was published in iScience under the title of “Synthesis of Poly-α/β-peptides with Tunable Sequence Via the Copolymerization on N-carboxyanhydride and N-thiocarboxyanhydride”.

The article is first authored by Dr. Zhou Min and corresponding authored by Professor Liu Runhui. The research has been finacially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other funds.
