Recently, the research team of Professor Zhu Weiping from the School of Pharmacy has made important progress in the frontier foundation and application research of new near-infrared dyes and nano-drug delivery systems, and the related research articles were published in Bioactive Materials and Acta Biomaterialia respectively. 

The research work was conducted by Doctoral students Jin Tongxia, Cheng Di, Graduate student Ji Yuejia. The research work received academic guidance from Academician Qian Xuhong, Professor Zhu Weiping and Professor Sun Haitao of East China Normal University and was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Science and Technology Major Projects.
